To our appraisal clients…
We understand that, for most of our appraisal clients, performing loans and secure high-yielding investments are the primary objectives. Chances are, if your project is in or near Oklahoma City, we can help. This is our territory; we know the town and the market participants. Our methods and tools are up-to-date, but we remain well grounded in the fundamentals. The most successful decision makers can make it look easy, but almost invariably, they will tell you persistence and hard work are the keys to a successful real estate transaction.

While no one can tell you what the future holds, we believe that careful and intelligent entrepreneurs and underwriters can successfully risk-manage their real estate investments and loan portfolios to virtually eliminate serious mistakes and consistently capture attractive long-term gains. The key is to assemble the right team. Over the past two decades we have been privileged to work with some of the best architects, civil engineers, environmental experts, builders, brokers, and developers in town. We’d like to be on your team and work with your people to make sure your project is thoroughly researched, accurately valued, and successfully underwritten.

If you believe the business cycle has been repealed; and are relying on the “new economy” to see your project through, we're probably not the right firm for you. We believe that the more things change, the more they stay the same. We’ve witnessed the result of poor planning and reckless underwriting. It still happens every day. We are convinced that eventually there will be a day of reckoning. That’s why we concentrate on details, ask questions, and keep digging until we are satisfied that we are in possession of the relevant facts. Naturally, the loan or investment decision is yours to make, but if you are relying on us we will leave no stone unturned to ensure that you are acting with the benefit of reliable market data that has been carefully analyzed.

To our government clients…
Government agencies today are held to a high standard. When acquiring property through the power of eminent domain, your agency will be responsible for compliance with federal, state, and/or local regulations and policies. Acquisitions and (if applicable) relocations must be properly handled and thoroughly documented to protect funding sources and ensure the property owners of just compensation and due process, as guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment. We have extensive experience in the management of acquisition and relocation projects, and would welcome the opportunity to submit a proposal for your consideration.
